AI-Assisted Marking Disclosure

Our service uses artificial intelligence (including large language models and vision-recognition models) to recognise, score, and generate feedback on submitted work. You understand and agree that:

• AI marking is an assistive tool. The scores, marking-point judgements, and feedback it generates may contain errors or omissions and do not constitute any official DSE or other examination result or grade.
• Final scores and teaching decisions should be reviewed and confirmed by a teacher or the user. We are not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of AI output.
• You must hold the lawful rights to any content you upload and must not upload unlawful, infringing, or third-party sensitive personal information.
• We apply reasonable security and compliance measures to your content but cannot guarantee the accuracy or fitness of AI output in all circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
